Institutional arrangements

In order to effectively and efficiently translate the intentions of the ASBP into productive reality, a well conceived and articulated mode of execution is required. This calls for an institutional arrangement able to operate along well defined modalities which a large number of stakeholders subscribe to and follow.

The institutional arrangement should recognize the depth of the ASBP actions, its genesis and ownership, its need for collaboration and partnership and the advantages that each partner brings to the program. But the arrangement should also recognize the need to avoid delays through over elaboration, and should recognize also the different roles that various actors, with their various styles, would play, either directly participating in the programme or simply adopting ASBP as a framework in their own practices.
